PROJECT OVERVIEW
Tovi is a collaborative workspace tool designed to support hybrid teams working across different locations and time zones.
As teams shifted to a mix of remote and in-office work, maintaining alignment became increasingly difficult. Conversations were scattered across tools, decisions lacked visibility, and workflows felt fragmented. Tovi was designed to bring communication, tasks, and context into one shared space — helping teams stay connected and move work forward with clarity.
challenges
Hybrid teams were struggling with fragmented workflows.
Important discussions were buried in chat threads, tasks were tracked separately, and there was no single place to understand progress or decisions. This made collaboration feel disjointed and often led to misalignment, repeated work, or missed updates.
The challenge was to create a system that reduced this fragmentation without adding another layer of complexity to already busy workflows.
solutions
The product was designed to centralise collaboration while keeping it simple to use.
A unified workspace was introduced where teams could manage tasks, share updates, and document decisions in context. Instead of switching between multiple tools, users could see conversations, progress, and outcomes in one place.
The interface focused on clarity — using structured layouts, clear hierarchy, and minimal friction interactions — so teams could quickly understand what’s happening and what needs attention.

impact
Tovi helped teams feel more aligned and in control of their work.
By bringing communication and tasks into a shared context, users were able to reduce back-and-forth and spend less time searching for information. Teams reported better visibility into ongoing work and clearer ownership of tasks.
The product shifted collaboration from being scattered and reactive to more structured and intentional, making it easier for hybrid teams to stay on the same page.
